Direct to Object Jig Making

The majority of our 3D printing has come in the form of jig making.

‘Direct to Product’ printers, such as the Roland VersaUV LEF series of printers, not only enable short print runs but also offer unique solutions to a branding objective where traditional print methods such as pad and screen printing would not have been a viable option.

Our 3D printed method of generating the required printing jig is not only extremely cost effective, it can be done much quicker than a more traditional CNC production process.

As FDM is a relatively new form of 3D modelling/prototyping, technologies are very rapidly improving, bringing down material costs and production time in the process.
